Where Does The Time Disappear?

“Where does the time disappear?” If you find yourself asking this question after the best of intents to do a better job managing your time, identify where your “time disappears”. A time/motion study causes you to document how you spend your day in small increments of time. When you add up the time spent on various activities within a day, week, and month you find surprises or confirm suspicions as to what actions need re-evaluating and control.
